DeskLinq signs, you move in
We sign with the space and pay the deposit. You sign one simple agreement with us and pay monthly rent plus a small premium.

Keep your cash
A 3–6 month deposit can be ₹5–10 lakh. Keep it for hiring, product and runway.
No refund chase at exit
You didn’t pay a deposit, so there’s nothing to wait months to get back.
One GST invoice
Rent from DeskLinq with GST, so you claim the input credit as usual.
15-day grace on rent
A tight month? You get 15 days’ grace before a late fee applies.

Is this a loan?

No. DeskLinq takes the space from the operator and gives it to you on a monthly agreement. You pay rent to DeskLinq - nothing to borrow or repay.

What does it cost?

Your monthly rent plus a small premium - indicatively 3–7% depending on the plan. We confirm the exact amount for your space before you sign.

Who qualifies?

Registered companies and LLPs with a GST number and a few months of bank statements. Bootstrapped startups are welcome.

Which spaces?

Private offices and cabins listed on DeskLinq, starting with select partner spaces during the pilot.

What happens if we want to leave?

Same notice and lock-in as the space’s own terms, or a 3-month notice on the Flexi Exit plan where available.
